Return Policy for Unwanted/ Damaged Products:

Bottom line, ill bred will accept returned products within 2 weeks of its arrival to the respective customer. Holding true to our design philosophy, what you see is what you get; this means we will equally exchange “unwanted” purchases or reimburse with a store credit only. Sorry, no cash back. It’s a pain in the ass from our perspective, and its not our fault that you have (for some reason) decided to turn this into an overly time consuming project.

For Eligibility, you must:
- Return the item in its original packaging with a copy/ print out of your receipt of purchase.
- Include a detailed receipt (let’s keep it to a thousand words or less; if its my partner who is handling this particular return, he can’t read very well, so spare me the time and aggravation please!) explaining your situation, and what you would like us to do with the product (exchange for different size/ color, or issue a store credit)
- Return the item using an insured trackable method of shipping. (Try to stick to UPS, Fed-Ex, or priority shipping)

Prints and Limited Press Originals:
Due to the nature of these products, returns are only issued for proof of damage during shipping.

Check It Though:
- The customer will assume shipping charges (on exchanges).
- We reserve the right to refuse the return of merchandise if insufficient reasoning is provided, or if the product appears to worn or used.

*$*Damaged Goods/ Packaging Errors:
- If it can be proven that damage was a result of careless shipping we will assume full responsibility for the replacement of the item as well as any shipping costs incurred during the process
- If we happen to have a “blonde moment” (no cruel intentions; we love you blondes) while packaging we apologize. I am sure there is a good excuse; if you want us to amuse you with it, feel free to ask. Otherwise, get at us customerservice@illbredlogic.com and let us know how bad we f-ed up ASAP. Include all of your contact info so we can reassure you that it will be taken care of at our expense.
